Single-tenant. Isolated. Auditable.

For IT

Single-tenant. Isolated. Auditable.

You were brought in to keep things from breaking, so every new platform is a new attack surface and a new failure mode. The relevant question is not what this can do, it is what it stops you having to defend.

Isolated database per customer. Pre-built endpoints for SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce and HubSpot.

The deployment, layer by layer

Each layer talks to the one below it through a documented interface, which is what makes the thing inspectable rather than a box you have to trust. Your team can audit it, extend it, and see what a change will affect.

  1. Buyer experience: Storefront, parametric search, BOM and RFQ, samples, cart, rendered from the API.
  2. Application layer: Headless services including catalog, search index, quoting, orders, content, and identity.
  3. Product data layer: Native PIM covering attributes, units, media, enrichment, and governance. One source of truth.
  4. Integration layer: Pre-built endpoints for SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, and channel feeds.
  5. Single-tenant infrastructure: Your own isolated database and deployment. No co-mingled data, no shared blast radius.
Single-tenant means your database is yours alone. On a multi-tenant platform your records sit in a shared store, and a misconfiguration, theirs or another customer’s, is your exposure too.
What this replaces

Sixty plugins, half of them abandoned

The typical inherited stack is a content CMS carrying dozens of third-party plugins, some unmaintained, each with its own release cadence and its own CVE history. A marketing request to add a form plugin turns into a security review, the review becomes a bottleneck, and the bottleneck eventually gets routed around.

The alternative is not better plugin governance. It is a platform where the capability set is native, so there is no third-party code touching security-sensitive surfaces and no queue of updates that each carry a small chance of breaking an integration.

No plugin surface

Search, PIM, RFQ, samples, cart and content are native. There is nothing third-party in the request path to review, patch or replace.

Isolated data

Your own database. Other customers' records are never stored alongside yours, so your risk is different.

Documented API

The surface your integrations use is the same one the storefront uses. Nothing is a privileged special case.

What your team will want in writing

Area

Position

Tenancy

Single-tenant deployment with an isolated database per customer.

Architecture

API-first, headless. Documented surface, inspectable behaviour.

Integrations

Pre-built endpoints for SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce and HubSpot; extensible for others.

Updates

Versioned against the documented API contract, with integration endpoints inside that contract.

Data residency

Configurable per deployment. Ask us for the specifics that apply to your regions.

Compliance documentation

Current architecture review materials and compliance documentation available at your preferred stage of evaluation.

Incident response

Named escalation path and SLA, agreed before go-live rather than discovered during one.

Some items here depend on your deployment and regions. Ask on the demo and we will answer specifically rather than generically.

The questions IT asks first

Where IT usually goes next

Six capabilities. Scored on your actual site.

Present, Partial or Missing, each rating followed by the specific observation behind it. Five business days, and there is no call first.
