Confirm supply without leaving the page.

Capability 2

Confirm supply without leaving the page.

The specification decision and the supply decision happen in the same minute. If a buyer has to open three distributor tabs to find out whether they can get the part, they finish that journey somewhere else, often on someone else's part.

Live pricing and availability shown in context, demonstrated in the sandbox catalog.

An open laptop displaying a blue bar chart sits on a wooden workbench in a warehouse, surrounded by cardboard shipping boxes and metal shelves stocked with supplies.

Open any part and look at the channel rows

Stock, price and lead time per distributor, on the product itself. In the demonstration catalog these are illustrative figures; in production they are your real feeds, refreshed on the cadence each partner supports.

Demonstration data. On a live site, how each distributor's data displays, how often it refreshes, and what shows when it fails are set for each distributor.

How it works

Designed around the feed being late, not around it being perfect

Channel integrations fail in predictable ways: a feed goes out of date, a partner limits how often we can request data, a part is delisted without notice. What separates a usable implementation from a liability is what the page does in those moments.

Per-partner refresh

Each feed runs on the cadence that partner actually supports rather than a single global interval that is wrong for all of them.

Data age shown clearly

Data carries a timestamp and the page says how fresh it is. A buyer can act on 'as of two hours ago'. They cannot act on a number that might be from March.

Clear fallback when a feed fails

When a feed is unavailable the row says so instead of vanishing. A missing distributor reads as 'out of stock' to a buyer, which is a worse error than an outage.

Channel conflict handling

Which partners appear, in what order, and for which regions is a policy you set, not an accident of feed arrival order.

Your own inventory alongside

Direct availability and channel availability in the same table, so the buyer sees the whole picture rather than a partial one that favours whoever integrated first.

Recorded as behaviour

Which parts get supply-checked, and which get checked and abandoned, is a sourcing signal worth reading.

What this usually raises internally

It shows the buyer that the part is obtainable, which is the question blocking the specification. Which partners appear and in what order is a policy you control. The alternative is not that they fail to find a price, it is that they find one on a site that is not yours.
